The intial interview process wasn't difficult but after my plant tour I met with the General Manager of production who stated that he would get back to me by the end of the week and looked forward to seeing me again. After the interview it then took them 6 weeks to make a decision that I wasn't fit for the job despite having a great interview and being told I would hear from them within the week.
