I had an interview with them not too long ago, I had a great time with the first interview and decided they would love to interview me again after a long couple of months. It was a little frustrating, there was two interviews and it could have lasted a couple of weeks not months. I also was interviewing with another company at that time and wanted to speed things up.

Step 1: Phone Screen
Step 2: In-Person Interview
Step 3: In-Person Interview
The phone screen is more of a personality/culture fit test. The 2 in-person interviews are more in-depth and cover some basic IT knowledge with more critical thinking questions.

There was 1 phone screening with the HR manager, 1 in person interview with one of the employees, and 1 final interview with the CEO. Every one in each interview was very nice and made it go smoothly. The questions ranged from your interpersonal skills to technical skills on how you would go about solving computer issues.
