very professional, efficient and made you feel welcome and part of the team! From the phone screen, to the interview with HR, to the management team... it was a great experience- i didn't feel pressured into answering questions, and felt they really were trying to get to know me and if I was a fit to their culture. It was excellent.

They rely heavily on performance based questions and do your homework, they have a great website explaining all their benefits, training, volunteerism, charity etc...!
