The 2 interviews I had were well conducted by the staff that I would have been reporting to and working with. One was with the day to day staff I would have interacted with and the other was with the Owner and his Partner. Both were casual and not stressful and I left both feeling like I had a real chance at an offer.

In office interview. Had to do some personality type assessments. They were nice enough in the interview but after working there over a year, I felt I was fed mostly lied.

Family business--initially met with mother and another office employee. Was given personality test. Later was called back to meet with partners/co-owners (brothers-in-law); was given a test for proofreading and knowledge of scientific terms & chemicals.
