      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Jostens (Bloomington, MN) nel mese di set 2021

      Colloquio

      The interview process took about 3 weeks. I first met with HR/Recruiter, they set up a 30 minute interview over the phone. Basic HR questions to validate your qualifications. They set up a "teams" interview with the two potential hiring manager roughly about a week later(on a Friday). They took turns asking questions using the STAR interview method. Received communication from HR to keep me engaged. She asked if I was interviewing elsewhere, which I was in the final stages with another company, and let her know I was. They fly me up for the third interview to the corporate office where I was set up for two panel interviews (the two hiring managers from the teams interview were in both) it was very casual. the first of the two was supposed to have 4 people, one popped in and apologized that they could not be there, the other came in for about 30 minutes of the hour scheduled. The second interview was with the VP and GM. She asked good questions. I left the interview feeling like an offer was forthcoming based on conversations with the two "potential" people I would report to. I let them know I had to notify the other company regarding an offer I received by the following Monday. I anxiously awaited correspondence thinking I would hear back by NO LATER THAN MONDAY, and still two weeks later have not heard one word, completely ghosted. Very unprofessional to not even send an email saying thanks but no thanks. @ observations from the interview process: 1.) They like to promote from within, and feel if you have not been a rep you some how will have no credibility, yet they obviously do not put any stock into the skill of a manager. If you left Jostens to manage elsewhere you're telling me you would not be successful since you were not a rep? 2.) from the get go all interviews asked a "concerned" question about 1099 sales reps. If it is such an issue, why not convert them to employees?

      The interview was a bit jaded due to the fact I was coming from the inside after being a sales representative for several years. The questions are panel, stock questions from a hiring manual such as, "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with direct supervisor." "How did you resolve the situation?"
