It was 3 interview rounds, one with a hiring manager, one with two future colleagues, one with my future manager. Hiring manager asked basic questions, second round was a little more technical and getting a culture fit.

Contacted by their VP and First Line Manager via LinkedIn and invited to interview. Initial phone screen, in person panel interview, 2nd in person panel interview where I was given homework assignment to build and present a process diagram and Business Analyst work products at the 2nd panel interview.
