Easy process. Very chill and good environment. Overall the job is a very fun and relaxed environment with a little bit of controlled chaos. Would recommend for anyone needing sales experience

Initial interview with SM and DM. I was interviewed on two different occasions, then was told I got the job. The whole process was fairly easy, though the DM interviewed me as a SM, rather than a Co Manager (the position I applied for). It took a few weeks to hear back from anyone, mainly because they were having to move managers around due to someone being removed from one of the stores. Overall the whole process was easy, though I wish that I never left my other job for Journeys. They don't really care about their employees and expect them to work doubles (open to close) any day that they ask.

most people don't answer all three, but if you show potential and your open hours are good youre almost guaranteed a position.
