More informal than many interviews, got a tour of the facility and was able to shadow an employee. Seems to have better environment than some RBT positions, and seems to prioritize employees where they can.

Very easy. Interview with clinical director then shadow with a trainer there. They ask you questions and you can ask them any you have. Super open feedback and honesty from staff.
