Written and machine test is conducted for fresher and it is very simple process then you direct interact with boss as HR round which is very normal interaction session which does not include salary discussion and salary is fixed for all freshers.

For fresher you go through simple 2 * pattern question as written test and then for machine test CRUD operation in asp.net or any language. Plus simple print 2's table program in Javascript.

It's a waste of time some useless assignment was given and was asked to do it on the paper and computer as well. I mean who does it twice. the company is of no use to the career.
