For the first interview- a group of 30 people did a quick 5 minute introduction. The second, they selected a group of 15 that they brought in for the next interview of introductions with corporate to decide the you're qualified for the next and final interview was to goto the head kitchen and learn the steps of how to make smoothies, bowls and juices. From there they decide if your training was good, or bad to determine if you will succeed in store.

Went to two interviews. Both were very casual. The first time, she asks about your role and responsibilities from your other jobs and your availability. Second interview you had the ceo sit in the same room during the interview. He seemed uncomfortable being there, I didnt get good vibes from him to be frank. you had to watch a 15 min film about their company with a group of other interviewees. Same questions were asked basically
