Applied online - contacted by email to attend an In person 1 hour competency style questions. Interview was done by inexperienced members of the team with less experience than I. I was rejected but with positive feedback .They wanted someone with more experience. I went to check who they hired and its a similar pattern of hiring 'native' Irish only for front office roles with only 1 years expierence even though the role required 5 years.
Love the quick and smooth interview. The interviewers were conversational and making me felt comfortable throughout the session. Enjoy working for them and the culture is very nice and would recommend anyone to join

3 stages in person at the St Paul’s office meeting with different members of the team plus some senior management. None of the stages were conducted over video link. 5 week gap between stage 1 and 2 which was a little long but progressed quickly after that.
