Thank you for this feedback. It's disappointing to hear and I'll look into the specifics to see what needs to change. I think this relates to a brand new role within the company that supports an exciting strategic direction the CPO is leading. Sometimes with new roles the process isn't as streamlined as it could be straight away. In this instance I know there was some scope change for the role as the team developed their thinking but that doesn't excuse the experience you've had.
