Applied online, 2 months later received an email asking to schedule a 30-minute phone screen consisting of general questions and presenting a 5-minute mini-lesson. Passing the phone screen leads to another interview of presenting mock lessons.

It was a mock lesson interview teaching two computer science lessons. They tell you beforehand what lessons you'll teach and a teaching guide that has info on what you're gonna teach.
