It was a virtual interview and I taught a practice lesson to my interviewer. The interview is done in a similar process to how classes are taught at Juni.

Mock lesson session with 2 mock lessons you need to prepare. The interviewer gives feedback on the mock lesson and how you taught after each lesson. The whole interview took less than an hour and had a very easy going atmosphere.

There were 2 phases; An introduction phase where I was asked about myself and my schooling and a mock lesson phase where I was go through the motions of online tutoring someone who would have little to no CS experience.
