One on One interviews, both in person and on the phone. This took place over the course of several weeks as the group came down to 2 qualified candidates, myself and another person. In the end it was decided to hire both of us as we have complimentary skills. We are both in the group to this day.

There were 2 interviews one over the phone and a day at their office. Most of it was validating the profile, with deep probing questions on the projects done. Primarily to get a sense of depth of understanding. Few programming questions on C. Most of it was standard tree manipulation, string manipulation problems. The interviewers were selected in a way that they understanding of the projects that I had done.
