There was 1 recruiter screening, followed by 3 rounds of video interviews. You can expect one with the hiring manager, one with a VP, and one with a coworker. The interviews themselves were not technical, but rather questions related to your past experience, what you are looking for in your career, etc.

Got a request to schedule an interview less than a week after submitting the application. Had an over the phone interview with an employee in Argentina (for a US position?) the next week, and was told I'd get a follow up in the next week or so. I never was contacted again. When I followed up 2 weeks later, the recruiter told me that the hiring manager was just returning from vacation and that I would be informed of the next steps after they followed up with the hiring manager. I followed up a week later and got no response.
