- Warm and friendly interviewer, Interviewer talked a bit out of point but still nice. HR made the overall process professional. Nice environment. A bit intimdaiting initially but ok overall.

Have you done anything related to customer service before?
The interview process was organized and moved at a reasonable pace. The initial communication was clear, and scheduling was smooth. Interviewers were polite but somewhat disengaged, making it hard to build rapport. The questions were relevant but felt generic. Feedback was vague, offering little insight into my performance. Overall, the experience was adequate, but it lacked a personal touch and transparency that could have made it more impactful.
