This is was possibly the worst interview/hiring experience I have ever had. After around a month from when I initially applied, I received an invitation to the HR screening interview. This interview and the two other ones following it were totally fine, and the people I spoke with were nice and we got along well. The true shock was after the 3rd interview - which went well - I did not hear back from anyone. After a week and a half, I reached out, and got no reply, and then two weeks later, again, I reached out again, and once more, got no reply. It was only after over a month (!) that I finally got an email back - and it was a completely generic "this position has been filled' message. No feedback, no explanation or acknowledgement to the month of radio silence, no context or reasoning. Naturally, I reached out in hopes of getting feedback regarding my application for future improvement; for that email, too, I never received a reply.
