I had a long series of phone calls, including an initial call with a senior recruiter, who passed me off to a lower level recruiter for all future interviews or questions. I then spoke with the DM, 3 other reps currently in market, then was given one day notice to fly on site (and prepare a lengthy business plan) to have an interview in person. The in person interview was an absolute joke, my business plan was barely reviewed, the senior manager left 35 minutes into my interview, and hardly spoke with me. I then waited almost 2 months to hear NOTHING, despite my professional attempts are reaching back out looking for the status of my final interview. There is also a huge dispcrepency between what the Hiring team says and what the sales team says. Very disorganized.
