Colloquio
I applied online and heard back within a week. I was invited to a phone interview. When it came time for the phone interview, the person called me 10 minutes late. During the phone interview it became apparent that the person had not looked at my resume prior to the call, especially when they said they were trying to copy and paste my skills section. There was no structure to the interview, and not in a good way where conversation just flowed. There were awkward pauses throughout since the person was trying to multitask and type my responses. I also would hear their baby in the background, so I assume they were working from home which was fine but the whole interview just felt like a mess. There is much irony in companies hiring recruiters to shape the candidate experience, yet these recruiters are oftentimes aloof and disengaging. Recruiters also note that organization is big in recruitment yet this particular interviewer was highly lacking that. Overall I felt very uncomfortable and this was definitely one of my worst interview experiences, but go figure because the other reviews on here already say enough.
It's only been a week and I haven't heard back from them, but I am no longer interested anyway and would not recommend.

Are you familiar with any ATS such as greenhouse, lever, etc.?

I was contacted by the recruiter, and had a great conversation via phone screen. I then had a call with another manager, because the hiring manager was on vacation. After the phone interview with the manager, I was asked to interview on-site in San Francisco. Interview went well, one particular panelist did not seem like they wanted to be there to interview and it almost seemed like they were trying to rush through it and leave. After the on-site interview, I was scheduled for a Zoom interview with one of the Directors, and they never showed up for the call, because apparently they had another mandatory meeting, and I was never notified. I was told I would have the interview rescheduled. I never hear an update or a reschedule time frame. I finally got a call from my recruiter that they went with another candidate with more experience. It then took over 2 months to get my reimbursement check from my travel.
The interview was neutral, but it would have been rated as a positive experience if I hadn't have wasted my time with the panelist who no-showed, and then instead of a reschedule call, got a call that they moved forward with another candidate. That kind of candidate experience is not ideal.

What is a project that participated in that did not go as planned?

It started off with a phone screen, a second phone screen with someone on the team that wasn't in the office and then an on-site interview. It was very interesting. No interviewer asked the same questions. Everything was about conflict resolution, relationship building and dealing with requests and your ambitions after completing the role after one year.
My only gripe was that I was pretty uncomfortable not being able to interview in a conference room and had to sit next to the team the entire time in a pod.
