I did not have a very pleasant experience. I interviewed back in Mid-November, took about a week for the recruiter to contact me (i was a referral of a friend) the recruiter was 30 mins late for the screening and kept the screen short about 5 mins, pulling everything from my resume. She told me I may be interested in another position and will pass it along. The following week I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who was 15 minutes late and right before thanksgiving I was invited for an in-person interview (took 3 1/2 hrs). Randomly, i was called with a debrief with the hiring manager and a recruiter, i thought it was odd why I was asked how my experience with them was like in person. The people were nice, but they lack organizational skills and communication with follow-up. They also ghosted me completely when I followed up a week later after the “debrief” in which I was told will be notified. Of course, nothing followed. I emailed the recruiter and two of the coordinators with no response. Word to the wise, be cautious like everyone else stated in their review. Don’t waste your time because this company will waste yours and ghost you, at least send a thank you rejection, be professional.
