I applied for this position back in October. I was contacted very quickly and did a phone screen with a recruiter. She passed me onto a zoom interview with the hiring manager. I had a lot of problems getting scheduled with the hiring manager, so much that it made me regret even wasting my time and energy on this position. One of the individuals did not show up for the scheduled zoom call and the other didn't turn her camera on. The individual I interviewed with did not know much about the position and was unfocused during the meeting. I was passed through to the next round of interviews. Similar occurrence on the next set of interviews, did not turn on their camera for the interview and were also unprepared with questions/topics to be discussed. After I completed all of the interviews, I followed up several times with the recruiter, only to be ignored. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience.
It is January and I still have not gotten a response from anyone within HR. I would not waste my time in the future to interview for any position at Juul. They either take months to make a decision, or they simply just don't tell you that you are no longer under consideration for a position.
