My interview was for an unpaid internship as a Network Engineer. I applied online, and got invited for a one-on-one interview with the Chief Technology Officer. The CTO did more of the talking, telling me about the company and its perks. Then he asked for my background, which I shared enthusiastically. I didn't get the job though, but looking back now, it was good I didn't get it.
