The hiring process was pretty simple. Once accepted for an interview you get sent a Hire Art request that has a deadline to submit it by. You get to do some practice questions as well. Once you start you get 2 attempts to every question. You are asked questions by the computer and than you record yourself answer them. After you submit them back within 1-3 business days you get a decision, and that's pretty much it.
