Written interview as well as verbal round as well, then HR round happens and finally national manager takes interview, then managing director also takes the interview and he or she takes final decision

At career fair met with a lady from HR, gave her my resume. 2 weeks later came in for an interview with hiring manager and an engineer in the team. They gave a site tour afterwards.
