Apart from that the work being extremely NOT challenging, the rest of the process is a farce. They will just make it appear professional so that the candidate thinks it should be good to work here. Wear formals ofcourse. Casuals are not allowed in the office which sucks at such modern times and specially in Chennai where there is so much heat and humidity.
