Aptitude test then competency questions, 2 stage interview. I felt very standard process and can be prepared for in a normal manner. If get interview focus on competency answers and think of different scenarios. Overall a straightforward interview process

Eerst online vragenlijst invullen. Nadien persoonlijk uitgenodigd. Procedure van een halve dag met diverse proeven. Logica test, postvak oefening (moeilijk) met mondelinge verdediging. Daarna een gesprek ivm Info op CV met detail vragen en tot slot een rollenspel waarin ik tv programma's moest programmeren. Feedback kwam na ongeveer 7 dagen.

phone interview, written exam, presentation, human resources, department head+colleagues, overall quite professional: both soft and hard skills are interviewed, and also you have to do a case study, afterwards you have to make presentation to demonstrate your strategies to solve problems/ improve the current situations
