Phone based, very basic, skills focused. It had nothing to do with the possible job, but only to do with what was on my resume and how they might be able to sell me as a product.
Easy and fast interview process. Only had one phone interview and was offered the job on the spot. Nice people to talk to and answer my questions about kbr and the job.
