I have never gone through an interview where the interviewer nitpick the one quality about me that makes them dislike me. Half an hour to go on and on about how I should change my core mindset if I wanna be succesful. See the thing is, that advice would be warranted if I pay them as my therapist, not through an open interview session with other candidates who have no idea who the hell I am but congrats, now they know the one thing wrong about me.

It was a group online interview with around 12 candidates and 1 HR representative present. The interview lasted for 2 hours, mostly because they explained the company and the program to us. They only asked 2 interview questions at the end of the session. Apparently, after this stage, there will be a medical check-up (MCU), followed by an offer if you are the right candidate. The HR representative was very chill and honest about the amount of work participants will face during the program.
