Never keen on an organisation that requires a full presentation for an interview. Would highly recommend an in person project, possibly provide brief and planning for the first 15/20 mins of interview then present in the remainder with questions. If you’re working full time and have other commitments you don’t always have the availability to do the project without taking leave from your current role, alongside leave for the interview itself. Give everyone a fair opportunity to create and present in the same time/setting. This would also test peoples agility and actual knowledge without the help of google. Also shows if they have researched the company proper to interview
