Online aptitude test, tech round, discussion with vp level guys and finally hr round for salary discussion. Tech round was in-depth and the interview. The vp level guy was rude! The working env is rigid like a factory in terms of work hours, hierarchy, idea contribution. They are doing interesting things in the IoT domain but it will help if they evolve their processes to better appeal to the IT workforce. Traditionally, they are a factory producing goods.
