You are seated in a conference room and you interview with the staff on a 1 on 1 basis. The questions are straight forward. The company is really looking for someone who fits into the company culture and can support a moderate to high level of stress as performance expectations are high.

Interviewed with HR. Rep offered little emotion and was like talking to a robot. Job duties were not reviewed at all. Many questions asked had little to do with the actual job posting and not mentioned in requirements/expectations.
