Approximately 3 weeks and consisted of an initial screening interview with HR then a second interview with HR and the hiring manager with Q&A on tech knowledge. The hiring manager was surprising very new in the role and couldn't answer my question regarding on-call rotation. Not a good first impression of this organization and they felt disorganized and disjointed. Pay was below industry average. The interview process felt unfriendly and formulaic. I'm glad I was not selected as it was certainly a blessing in disguise and received offers from other more professional organizations.
