I had an interview with the Restaurant Manager, before being interviewed by the Area Manager. They were both fairly easy-going with each interview being around 20min. Neither of the interviewers were intimidating.

Just basic management related scenarios and how we tackle it
The interview is a quick and easy process. Most of the time they do open interviews and hire as long as you don't have any criminal background. For shift leaders you should at least have some sort of fast food experience.
