I applied at a career fair and got a call 3 days later to set up a meeting. After the meeting I did a RGP, this basically means I go in to a branch and shadow the employees for 2 hours so I'd know of the work is something I can cope with. After the RGP I had to call the area manager back to tell her I'd be able to do the job. 5 days after I met the regional manager for another interview.
