The hiring process is quite easy.
Make your resume look neat and filled even if you don't have work experience.
They will call you for an interview if your resume looks half decent.
At the interview, they are basically looking to see if you can speak. They ask you questions on what you would do if certain situations arises. Such as, what is your role in a team. What would you do if you see someone that needs help. What would you do if a customer wants you to help them first before the other customers.
They just want to see that you are a normal person.
Be sure to smile.
I got hired at the interview and they said they'll call me after they work out a schedule.
I had to call them twice though.
When I went in to work the first day, they didn't even expect me there.
Apparently there is also a personality test, but I wasn't asked to take it.

There are not really any difficult questions. I got stumped on a few because they wording on the questions are so similar that it's almost like asking the same question in a different way.

The interview process is so smooth and very organized. I did not noticed that the interviewer already observed even we are still outside waiting in our turn. They are very serious and I felt very nervous but I know that I am already prepared for the possible question so then it has a positive result.

I applied online and got a phonecall about 3 weeks later asking me to come if for an interview. I went in, the interview was casual and took place in the restaurant and was with the manager. She asked me first about what customer service experience I had and I told her, she asked me a few questions about myself, the usual questions how would you describe yourself in 3 words etc. I was then asked what hours I was looking for, and my uniform sizes. At the end she shook my hand and told me she was happy to take me on and to relax as I done great. Legit the easiest interview ever. I started a week and 4 days after the interview, really quick process.

It was really easy. Pretty much just asked the basic interview questions that you get asked at any interview. Pretty much just asked what my availability was like and if I had reliable transportation.
