they went over my application. They addressed why i left my last job. They inquired about my family situation and if I had any personal issues that would affect my availability for the different time schedule. I asked about the opportunities for promotion. They also wanted to know if I had any merit based awards or my long term goals in the company.
the interview was pretty straight forward, showed up got the job! asked simple questions, what was my experience , if i was opening to learning a new skill. had 4/5 days of training, i loved morning shift hated working nights with a different team. dont speak english
