Was called in for an interview, very accommodating and was informal enough to be comfortable and still hold an interview structure. Manager was interested in the interview and experience I held, made me aware that due to my age I most likely wouldn't be able to work as the position I applied for but made me aware there was other vacancies with the location I could be hired to.

It was completely in German. Basic questions about myself and asked if I have prior experience then asked me to show my work permit. At last they were satisfied and told my to bring a set of documents including my visa copy in a folder
General questions on my past experiences in kitchen, service industry, how many years. Questions on my availability such as shift time, how many days per weeks, and other additional considerations.
