A one on one interview with the assistant manager. The process was fairly straight forward and most questions were common sense. The interview took place in the restaurant area which could be an issue for some people as it is infront of other customers.
Interview with the manager to be given the position based on self-interest or advantages or disadvantages. It's one to one interview between the interviewer and interviewee. Not a strict atmosphere for the interview and around 3qusetions.
