The interview process was very extensive, lasting over a month and including four separate interviews. I invested several hours meeting with different team members and was even given a tour of the office, which made me feel like a serious candidate. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication after the final interview. Given the time and effort involved on both sides, timely closure would have greatly improved the experience.
