When I interviewed for Kiko I came wearing a full face of dramatic make up. The interview was fine, I was asked questions off a sheet of paper by the store manager, she hadn't memorised them which didn't bother me.

Started with a very basic phone interview that really didn't even last 10 minutes (background question and whether or not I would be interested in an interview), followed by a group interview and lastly with an in store trial.
