Filled out application. Invited to complete prerecorded interview. Invited to open house to tour school and listen to experiences of current leadership and teachers. Received rejection letter. The experience seemed promising but there are many qualified candidates so if you are not already a teacher it may be tough to prove better than others.

The interviewee asked a lot of questions about diversity as well as classroom malmanagement. They also had Asked about previous experience as well, student teaching and any other jobs you have had.
The interview was done over zoom which was simple process and made the interview more relaxed. Answered all of my questions, I was told I would hear back shortly but never did.
