I had two phone interviews, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews and a tour of three KIPP schools. Everyone I met was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. People seemed to love their work culture and to be really dedicated to KIPP's mission. The process had many hurdles, but it gave me enough time to show who I am and what I could bring to the organization.
