Sent in an application through LinkedIn on June 16th, and then they send a screening interview process like you're applying to a retail job in the '90s. Completely irrelevant to the position and it takes 45 minutes. I did it while watching a baseball game. It's not particularly labor-intensive, just logic and personality questions. But pretty embarrassing to still require something like that in 2022. Then July 6th I was contacted to schedule a video interview, which happened on the 11th. It was a pretty basic interview where you're stuck reiterating your resume, and then I was asked for writing samples, which is fine. After that, completely ghosted for three weeks (I wanted to give some time before leaving a review). I understand not being a right fit, but it's always annoying to be ghosted. But what pissed me off enough to leave a review is the fact that my email got added to their marketing list. That just feels rude, unethical, and insulting. I was actually interested in their products before, but now I'll never purchase from them.
