Pretty easy, 2 Rounds, met with the branch manager for both rounds. There was another candidate with me in the second round. Then I answered a questionnaire and that was all.

Started with a brief phone interview which was pretty standard, then an in person interview at the place of business. If they felt like you would be a good fit, they would ask you to come in for an all day shadow.
