1st telephonic round: Technical round
Questions were asked about M.tech project work.
Some questions were asked to understand candidates interest in joining KLA-Tencor.
Please go through the company's website and understand what they do.
Along with this two aptitude type questions were asked.
2nd telephonic round: Complete aptitude
I couldn't clear this as I was not informed that this would be a aptitude round.

Colloquio
The interviewers were nice and welcoming. Initially, an online screening happened through resume shortlist. Then the interview took place online. However, the interview was on problem solving rather than technical.
3 rounds of interview done. HR interview, zoom interview and a technical presentation. Potentially still have another round of interview with directors. Interviewers are friendly, nice and welcoming. Do not feel pressured or stress during the interview.
