Quite honestly the worst interview I’ve had. Recruiter reached out to me and asked if I was interested. Hiring Manager showed up late to the interview and didn’t look at my resume prior to setting up the meeting. Told me I didn’t have enough experience even though I had 7 yrs of in-role experience (I currently hold the same title at a similar company). Job description only asked for 3-5 yrs. He made his mind up after he found out my year of graduation and age. Please don’t waste everyone’s time.
