The hiring freezes in the middle of my interview process. We finished the interview anyway. The manage says she would like to give me an offer but cannot for now. The detailed process: The first round is a phone screen (30min). After that, there is a long sequence of interviews arranged in 2 days: technical presentation (1hr), interview with team (45min *2), interview with senior manager (30min), interview with HR (45min)
