Halfway the conversation they mentioned a mismatch between us in the vacancy and my resume. One of the persons got destracted from phonecalls multiple times and at one moment he even had to slip out of the conversation for something else going on in the factory. That gave me the feeling not everything could be discussed or told by me. Old fashioned method of working.
