Recruiter was very personable and friendly. Consists of a recruiter call, manager interview, technical interview, and interview with higher level executives. The team overall was a pleasure to speak to. Overall I thought the interview process was fair and respects the candidates time.

The recruiter sent a take-home assessment. I poured my blood and sweat into perfecting the code with all possible test cases literally like production-ready code. After my follow-up, the recruiter responded saying we like your work but we are looking for more experience. What nonsense is this? Can't you find that alleged lack of experience from my resume? Do you really need to put me through this waste of effort in the name of recruitment?
My advice to future applicants - beware of this energy vampire. There are hundreds of more jobs available on Glassdoor and Linkedin, please apply to those.
